Late 2020 the President of the largest organization of Black State Elected Officials in the United States authorized Director and Founder of PWA, Davisha L Johnson to develop an international program in partnership with the International Affairs Policy Committee for policy makers to meet and discuss trade, business relationships with the Black Representatives, and major multinational corporations in the United States looking to do business in Africa. The success of this initiative in November 2021 in Atlanta, Georgia saw the visit of the President of Ghana, H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and his cabinet to the event and a stronger relationship with Africa as well as a higher profile for the National Black Organization. Working with governments to facilitate these types of meetings ahead of the US-Africa Trade Summit in December 2022, PWA understands how to be one step ahead of the movement of global politics.

In partnership with the Beyond Investments and the Diaspora Affairs Office of the President for the Republic of Ghana, Partner With Africa has a 3 year partnership agreement to organize and facilitate the December in Ghana Real Estate Investment Summit. December 2022 over 50 African Americans visited Ghana and were taken on a tour of two sites for development by the Beyond the Invetments in Aburi and Pram Pram. Through PWA Real Estate Development Services, the Beyond Investments will benefit from this partnership with the government of Ghana as well as the organization of other local stakeholders, possible investors and users of the amenities at the proposed sites. Presenting a Proclamation to Nigerian actor and former politician RMD on behalf of the State of Georgia Black Caucus.
US Representative for Washington, DC, Representative Dr. Oye Owolewa accepted the letter of interest on behalf of PWA Founder/Director in Spring 2021 to create a program for Youth in Nigeria ahead of his visit to his home country as the first Nigerian elected to Federal Office in US history in November 2020. Ms. Davisha L Johnson traveled to Nigeria in December 2021 and met with the Spokesperson for the House of Representatives, Honorable Benjamin Atua to discuss working with Rep. Oye Office for program development for the youth of Nigeria, led on ground by Great Minds Empire in Lagos.

Created by PWA Founders as a resource for the EU to gain access to the Ugandan market in several sectors that brought together PWA, the EU Mandate through University Professors from various EU Top Universities and the Ugandan government. An official visit in January 2022 with the Ministry to the Office of the President and the Ugandan Ambassaor to Malaysian in Kampala team led to the presentation of the GO GO Uganda Campaign.
Consequently our on ground team in Kampala, lead by Mr. Rashid Mukasa is currently engaging with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Office of the Prime Minister to host a Delegation from the United States through the African Diaspora Collective NSA (ADC-NSA) in 2024.
